We achieve this by working with a small, highly experienced and qualified coaching team who all have current enhanced DBS disclosures, are first aid qualified and enjoy working with young people and adults in school and in the community..
We work to traditional values of fair play and respect for all using up to date coaching methods in a wide range of sports, including:
Archery, Basketball, Cricket, Dodgeball, Fencing, Handball, Lacrosse, Multi Skills, Soccer, Tchoukball, Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee and many more!
To help facilitate young people to develop the necessary basic skills needed for these sports, we also incorporate the basic FUNdamental ABC skills of Agility, Balance & Coordination into their sessions.
